Hamin Hesab

Overview

Hamin Hesab lets individuals and small businesses manage finances without touching a spreadsheet. A dedicated AI agent (Hesabyar) captures transactions from natural language, voice notes or forwarded bank SMS, categorises them, and produces weekly insights, budget forecasts and financial alerts.

The problem

Small businesses in Iran either skip bookkeeping entirely or pay for tools designed for accountants, not owners. The gap between how people talk about money and what a ledger demands costs hours every week.

Approach

I led the backend architecture, the Telegram bot integration, and the decision-support layer that converts free-form messages and bank SMS from 15+ Iranian banks into typed accounting entries. The LLM handles parsing; deterministic rules handle the numbers, so no figure ever depends on a hallucination.
