Overview
Bikaran is an end-to-end intelligent services marketplace: users describe what they need in plain Persian, and the platform routes it to the right workflow — automated where possible, human-assisted where it matters.
The problem
Iranian service marketplaces are noisy, low-trust, and treat every request the same. Users needed something that felt curated, moved fast, and used AI where AI actually helps instead of as a marketing sticker.
Approach
I owned the full stack: product strategy, architecture, Django backend, deployment on Linux VPS, monitoring, and the AI workflows that pre-qualify requests. I ship, break, and fix in production — the whole loop is one person.
